TUF Tubular Membrane

TUF is utilized for the softening and filtration of landfill leachate, circulating sewage, industrial park wastewater, coal chemical wastewater, mine water, new energy wastewater, chlor-alkali effluent, electronic electroplating wastewater, cigarette washing wastewater, and concentrated industrial RO water. It is also applicable to the treatment of concentrated streams containing COD and viscous organic matter. The membrane features a smooth, pollution-resistant surface coating, offering exceptional resistance to COD fouling. It delivers stable flux performance, with cleaning intervals ranging from 2 to 8 weeks and flux rates reaching 100 to 350 LMH. To date, TUF has been successfully implemented in numerous projects across waste incineration plants, industrial parks, and photovoltaic new energy facilities, accumulating nearly one hundred case applications. Furthermore, compatible products are available that can seamlessly replace other sintered tubular membranes, delivering superior COD resistance, more consistent flux performance, and a significantly extended cleaning cycle.

Description

Application 

The efficient filtration and solid-liquid separation of wastewater, achieved through chemical addition for the removal of calcium, magnesium, silicon, and fluorine, constitutes the final treatment step. End-stage high-pressure RO ensures the production of feed water that meets established water quality standards.
