Tri-High's Skid Mounted Seawater Desalination Machine is a high-performance seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) system engineered to deliver dependable freshwater production from seawater. The entire desalination process is integrated onto a robust skid frame, reducing civil construction requirements and simplifying transportation, installation, and maintenance.

The system begins with a comprehensive pretreatment stage that removes suspended solids, algae, and other contaminants to protect the RO membranes. Seawater is then pressurized by a high-pressure pump and forced through advanced reverse osmosis membranes, which reject up to 99% of dissolved salts, bacteria, viruses, and organic impurities. The resulting permeate is clean, high-quality freshwater suitable for drinking, industrial processes, irrigation, and commercial applications.

The skid-mounted configuration provides plug-and-play installation, allowing users to rapidly deploy the system with minimal site preparation. Advanced PLC automation enables continuous monitoring of operating pressure, flow rate, conductivity, temperature, and system performance, ensuring stable operation and simplified management.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and marine-grade components, the equipment is designed to withstand harsh coastal and offshore environments while maintaining long-term reliability.
