Tubular Membrane

The MBR tubular membrane is fabricated from PVDF material with a nominal pore size of 30 nm, primarily designed for the separation of sludge and water following biochemical treatment processes, such as those applied in landfill leachate treatment. It is particularly suitable for treating high-COD wastewater and feed streams with elevated suspended solids concentrations, including fermentation broth. Key performance characteristics include robust mechanical strength, long-term durability, a sludge filtration concentration range of 15–40 g/L, a permeate flux exceeding 70 LMH, broad applicability across diverse industrial applications, and a mature, well-established technology platform. To date, this system has been implemented in more than 1,000 engineering projects, nearly 100 of which are large-scale installations with a capacity of 1,000 tons per day or higher.
