Apllication Fields
(1)Mineral water: In the production of mineral water, ultrafiltration technology is applied. In engineering design, the pore size membrane type of the membrane are selected according to the water quality analysis report of the mineral water source, and the ultrafiltration design is designed.
(2)Food: the production of dairy products, fruit juices, wine, condiments and other foods, ultrafiltration technology is gradually adopted, such as the separation of protein and low molecular weight lact from milk or whey and water, clarification and sterilization of fruit juices, removal of colored proteins, polysaccharides and other colloidal impurities in wine, removal bacteria in soy sauce and vinegar, etc., which shows economic, reliable, quality assurance and other advantages compared with traditional methods.
(3)Pharmaceuticals: In production of pharmaceuticals and biochemical products, it is often necessary to separate and purify heat-sensitive substances. Ultrafiltration technology shows its outstanding advantages. It is quite suitable use ultrafiltration to separate and concentrate bioactive substances (such as enzymes, viruses, nucleic acids, special proteins, etc.). Drugs extracted from animals and plants ( as alkaloids, hormones, etc.) often contain macromolecular or solid substances in their extracts. In many cases, ultrafiltration can be used to separate them, which product quality.
(4)Pure water, ultra-pure water: Primary purification of industrial water, preparation of pure water and ultra-pure water RO pre-t, pure water and ultra-pure water terminal treatment.
Environmental protection: Deep treatment of industrial wastewater, urban reclaimed water reuse system, recovery of electrooretic paint and oil.
(5)Fermentation: Separation and refining of biochemical fermentation liquid, concentration and refining of enzyme, clarification and filtration of and xylitol.
