Petroleum Wastewater Treatment Project

Petroleum Wastewater Treatment Project
Case Details

Client Location: Thailand

Application: Industrial Wastewater Treatment

Membrane Quantity and ModelEighteen hollow fiber UF membrane,THF-2880

Equipment Capacity: 60m³/h

Project Characteristics:
The project is designed to treat wastewater generated from petrochemical production processes with the objective of enabling water reuse. The tri-high hollow fiber UF membrane system offers high retention precision and excellent anti-fouling performance, making it well-suited for the complex characteristics of petrochemical wastewater. It consistently achieves an ultrafiltered water turbidity of less than 0.5 NTU, thereby providing effective pretreatment protection for subsequent reverse osmosis (RO) membrane systems used in advanced purification. The resulting effluent meets established reuse standards and can be safely recycled as makeup water for petrochemical production processes. This approach not only complies with environmental regulations but also significantly reduces freshwater consumption, supporting cost efficiency, operational sustainability, and the achievement of green development goals for industrial enterprises.
