Due to the high color intensity and COD concentration in dyeing wastewater, as well as its complex and variable water quality characteristics, the hollow fiber membrane process was implemented for advanced treatment to facilitate wastewater reclamation and reuse. The Tri-high hollow fiber membrane system effectively retains residual colloids and suspended solids, offers high flux, ensures stable separation performance, and supports long-term continuous operation. This solution significantly reduces industrial water costs and provides an efficient approach to water conservation, emission reduction, and resource recycling within the Indian textile dyeing industry.
