Project Characteristics:
Lithium battery wastewater containing organics, suspended solids, and other contaminants is treated using the tubular UF membrane process. The system offers high turbidity tolerance and strong fouling resistance, effectively removing colloids, suspended solids, and high-molecular-weight organics to ensure stable effluent quality. Cross-flow operation minimizes fouling and extends membrane life. Permeate goes to advanced treatment, while concentrate is recycled to pretreatment, improving water recovery. Periodic chemical cleaning via an integrated online system maintains membrane flux, and continuous monitoring ensures stable, compliant performance. The treated water can be reused or safely discharged, meeting environmental and water conservation requirements in the lithium battery industry.
