Tri-High’s Vietnamese partner has recently secured the contract for the tubular ultrafiltration (UF) membrane replacement project at the Everbright Waste Incineration Plant’s leachate treatment facility in Vietnam.
As a critical component of leachate treatment systems in waste-to-energy plants, Tri-High’s domestically developed, proprietary tubular UF membrane—model MO83G66.03i8TV—demonstrates compelling technical advantages: exceptional fouling resistance; high-efficiency retention of suspended solids, colloids, and dissolved organic matter; and stable permeate flux under challenging water quality conditions characterized by elevated COD and ammonia nitrogen concentrations. Furthermore, the membrane’s chemically robust construction—exhibiting outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and oxidative agents—significantly enhances operational longevity and reduces life-cycle maintenance costs, thereby fully satisfying the stringent performance requirements of leachate treatment applications.
This milestone represents Tri-High’s inaugural self-branded tubular UF membrane replacement project in Vietnam and constitutes a strategic breakthrough for its domestically engineered membrane technology in the broader Southeast Asian market. The successful bid reflects growing international recognition of Tri-High’s innovation capabilities and product reliability.
Looking ahead, Tri-High will continue to expand its global footprint by delivering high-performance UF membranes and complementary core membrane products, supported by comprehensive technical services. Leveraging the proven efficacy and operational stability of its membranes in leachate treatment, the company is committed to providing cost-competitive, sustainable, and scalable solutions for water environment management worldwide.
